EuroCast JSC. is manufacturing investment castings by lost wax method and able to supply mechanical components in various conditions like raw, semi-finished, finished, or production as per customer’s demand. EuroCast JSC. is capable to providing castings to the various industries according to their standard requirements and also in customized size, wide range of materials

Manufacturing Process

  • Investment Casting by lost wax method with capacity of 300 Ton/year

  • Design and manufacture of mechanical components, jigs and fixtures, mold and die, industrial equipment and production lines as per on customer’s demand.

  • Raw, finished, assembled or as per customer’s demand.

  • Size: 500 mm (L) x 500 mm (W) x 350 mm (H)

  • Dia.: 600 mm

  • Wall Thickness: From 0.5 mm to 40 mm section.

  • Weight: 0.05 kg to 100 kg per piece.

  • Surface Finish: Ra 2,5 ~ 6,3 um

Materials Offered

  • Various grades according to ASTM, AISI, DIN, EN, GOST, JIS and other international standards. Flexibility of selection from Austenitic Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Martensitic Stainless Steel, Duplex steel, Precipitation Hardened Steel, Ductile Iron, Cast iron, Aluminum Alloy, Copper Alloys and any specific requirements.
